Virtual cards come pre-verified upon purchase. Physical cards require the user to upload a selfie holding their passport. This information is securely stored by 3rd party identity verification service provider. Each verification can support the issuance of up to five physical cards.
Yes, unfortunately Visa and Mastercard do not support the following 12 countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Myanmar, Somalia and Yemen.

Virtual cards are activated instantly. Physical cards take 5–7 days to be shipped to your desired address.
The physical card comes without a name by default. If you’d like it personalized, simply contact us right after placing your order and we’ll add the custom name for you.
Yes. Sovrae does not hold any of your funds. The cards works in a way whereby each card has a unique top-up address. Upon deposit, your card will be top up with the funds immediately.

No. Each card has its own unique, permanent address. You can save it and send funds directly from your wallet whenever you need.
At the moment, there isn’t a downloadable app. The platform currently works best as a mobile web experience, and the desktop version is still in development.
